Most prenatal programmes prepare you for birth, feeding, sleep, and the practical realities of life with a baby.
That support is important, but it often leaves out something essential, the relationship itself.
Me, We, Us: The Prenatal Relationship Programme was created to support the part of the transition that is so often missed, the way parenthood reshapes your sense of self, your relationship, and the everyday life you begin building as a family.
The programme supports couples across three connected levels because when one part feels strained, it can ripple throughout the whole system.

Relationship counsellor and founder of Cultivation Counselling
Me, We, Us was developed through years of working closely with couples and seeing the same pattern again and again: many of the struggles couples bring into counselling begin in the transition to parenthood, yet very little support exists to help them prepare for what this season can place on the relationship.
This programme was created to help fill that gap with thoughtful, grounded support for couples who want to care for their relationship as they grow their family.
